Overview
AWS Global Sales is looking for a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to help customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their transformation journey to the AWS cloud.
Responsibilities
Work backwards from customer objectives, utilize AWS best practices, and design & execute end-to-end frictionless cloud adoption experiences.
Lead multidisciplinary teams (sales, architecture, support, product, professional services, partners) to design and rapidly execute strategic migrations and build modern, cloud‑native solutions.
Earn trust across customer organizations, identify strategic opportunities, uncover cloud use cases, establish roadmaps, deliver program plans, and capture success criteria.
Orchestrate technical architectures, program governance, and execution excellence across technical, operational, organizational, and educational dimensions.
Advocate for customers, communicate effectively in writing, verbally and through diagrams, and use data-driven decisions to influence stakeholders.
Apply program management, organizational change management, and communication skills to challenge the status quo and align broad teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
7+ years of leading large‑scale technical or engineering programs with proven thought leadership and successful program completion.
4+ years of customer‑facing work, engaging with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems.
Travel up to 30% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of professional work experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
Experience in problem solving, disruptive innovation, technology program development, and cross‑customer organization work.
Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects.
Strong customer‑resolution skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure while driving collaborative projects.

Benefits
Base salary range listed above. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
