What You’ll Do

Drive revenue and exceed territory sales targets within the foot & ankle market

Manage, grow, and protect hospital and surgeon accounts

Provide hands‑on technical support in the operating room

Deliver product demonstrations and lead in‑service training for clinical staff

Execute strategic territory plans and track market expansion

Develop strong relationships with foot & ankle surgeons, surgical staff, and hospital decision‑makers

Identify new business opportunities and competitive conversion strategies

What You Bring

Proven sales success in the

orthopedic space (foot & ankle preferred)

Strong understanding of surgical workflow and OR protocol

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

High energy, self‑motivated, and competitive mindset

Ability to work independently in a demanding, performance-driven environment

Willingness to travel and support cases in fast‑paced surgical settings
