About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of account marketing and activation plans for key retail partners. This role is ideal for a collaborative, analytically minded marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of brand, sales, merchandising, and consumer activation.
Responsibilities
Create, build, and execute account marketing and activation plans that drive business growth and improve brand health KPIs
Define and align a seasonal marketing calendar across product, retail, and brand activity
Execute the account marketing calendar to win at the point of purchase in key doors and categories
Develop and deliver activation strategies and roadmaps that support commercial and strategic goals
Drive sell-through, consumer engagement, and share growth across channels and platforms
Measure the effectiveness of activation plans through execution quality, visual impact, and sell-out performance
Develop and execute targeted consumer activation activities across categories, concepts, and channels
Secure strong in-store presence and share of space within key destination doors and locations
Manage the seasonal activation calendar process from planning through in-store implementation
Lead and support account interaction meetings to ensure smooth cross-functional execution
Translate customer, product, and consumer insights into effective market activation strategies
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver toolkits and implementation assets needed for deployment
Track budgets, manage costs, and report on campaign efficiency and commercial success
Requirements
5 to 8 years of relevant experience
Background in trade marketing, account marketing, category management, merchandising, ranging, sales, or related fields
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and make fact-based decisions
Strong analytical, organizational, and process-oriented mindset
Solid business acumen with the ability to operate from a broader cross-market or global perspective
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Works closely with marketing, account marketing, merchandising, product category, and sales teams
Interfaces with third-party vendors and agency partners
May support special make-up and franchise creation/development initiatives
Serves as a key point of contact for consumer activation activities
