Social Media Manager

We move fast, we make content that actually stops the scroll, and we're just getting started. This is a chance to get in early at a brand that's scaling quickly.

About the Role
We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager to own our daily content and live selling. You'll be the engine behind our feed, filming, posting, and going live every day to build brand awareness and drive sales. If you already live and breathe short-form video, this is your kind of role.

What You'll Do

Create and post 3 videos a day (~90/month) across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

Experiment with different content styles and ride trends — our videos will not use any music, so the creativity has to come from you - sound effects are allowed.

Make content built to do two things: rack up impressions and convert to sales

Host daily livestreams (~3–5 hours, depending on how the live performs)

Build awareness and grow our audience across every platform

Track what's working and double down on it

What We're Looking For

Proven experience making short-form video, you have a portfolio or active accounts to show

Genuinely creative, especially without leaning on trending audio

Comfortable and confident on camera, including live

Fast, self-directed, and reliable (you don't need hand-holding)

Local to NY/NJ and able to commute to our Clifton office daily

Nice to Have

Experience with TikTok Shop, live selling, or food/snack content

Workplace
Hybrid, content creation can be done remotely; livestreaming is in-office at our Clifton, NJ

Schedule
Monday–Friday, flexible timing

Employment Type
Contract (clear path to full-time as we grow)

Compensation
$2,500/month base + 5% commission on all live-stream sales

This role rewards performance. Our TikTok Shop lives typically generate $200–$300/hour in sales, and a sharp, engaging host can drive a lot more depending on the day, the hours, and how creatively they work the audience. You earn 5% commission on every live sale , so the better you perform, the more you take home on top of your base. The ceiling is yours to set.
