We’re a Google Ads-focused agency (90% of our work is on Google) that offers both white-label and direct services, seeking an Account Manager focused on Client Success to lead client communication, strategy alignment, project management, and reporting, while collaborating closely with our team.
You won’t be building or fully optimizing campaigns, but you must have hands-on experience in Google Ads to confidently discuss performance data, guide client conversations, and make strategic decisions when necessary. We work with both white-label partners (other agencies) and direct clients (businesses) . This role is ideal for former PPC specialists who enjoy communication, strategic thinking, and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Google Ads/agency clients
Own the client relationship — updates, meetings, and check-ins
Ensure clients feel heard, understood, and confident in their campaigns
Identify performance risks or growth opportunities and collaborate with the PPC team
Lead client conversations with authority using your Google Ads expertise
Act as the liaison between the client and the ad ops team
Deliver weekly/monthly reports that clients find understandable and valuable
Proactively spot red flags or growth opportunities and propose solutions
Maintain internal documentation and assist with project management
Treat every client like a $1M account — ensure they feel cared for
What You Bring:
3+ years in Client Success or Account Management , ideally in a digital ad agency
Strong understanding of Google Ads — you've worked within the platform before
Ability to simplify performance metrics into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication skills — friendly, clear, and confident
Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple clients efficiently
