Role Overview

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a creatively driven Art Director who thrives at the intersection of concept development, brand storytelling, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, someone who can originate compelling ideas, guide creative execution across multiple channels, and establish systems that enable teams to produce exceptional work at scale.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and evolve the brand’s visual identity and creative direction
Develop original campaign concepts and storytelling ideas that strengthen brand positioning
Lead the creative process from ideation through execution, ensuring a distinct and elevated point of view
Champion innovative thinking while maintaining alignment with the overall brand aesthetic
Oversee the creation of integrated creative across digital, social, print, retail, and experiential platforms
Direct photoshoots, campaign productions, and seasonal brand moments from concept through final delivery
Ensure all visual output is cohesive, premium, and aligned with brand standards
Provide clear creative feedback that elevates the quality and consistency of deliverables
Establish scalable creative workflows, systems, and standards that improve efficiency and output
Build clear frameworks that empower teams to execute independently and confidently
Collaborate cross‑functionally to streamline creative production and operational processes
Continuously refine creative operations to support a fast‑paced and evolving business
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, photographers, and content creators
Foster a collaborative environment centered around creativity, accountability, and high standards
Guide team growth through constructive feedback, creative direction, and thoughtful leadership
Encourage a culture of innovation while maintaining attention to detail and executional excellence
Qualifications
8–10+ years of experience in art direction, creative leadership, or brand creative roles within fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and refined creative taste
Proven ability to lead large‑scale creative projects and deliver impactful brand campaigns
Experience partnering closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
Strong understanding of design principles, photography, video production, and omnichannel brand experiences
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on creative involvement
Skilled in building efficient creative systems and managing high‑performing teams
Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
