Must Have

Vendor management and commercial operations
Budget tracking, invoice management, accruals, and expense forecasting
Financial reporting and variance analysis
Partner operations and contract compliance
Excel and financial tracking/reporting
Cross-functional coordination with Finance, Legal, Tax, Procurement, and Product teams
Streaming, DTC, AVOD, FAST, SVOD, or digital media platform experience
Process improvement and operational governance
Stakeholder communication and executive reporting
Responsibilities

Manage operational governance across platform vendors and partner relationships
Track monthly spend, invoices, forecasts, and budget alignment across multiple vendors
Identify operational risks, cost optimization opportunities, and vendor performance gaps
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Tax, and Product teams on approvals and workflows
Oversee commercial agreements, onboarding processes, and operational compliance
Build and improve scalable business processes across platform operations
Support revenue share workflows, partner reporting, and payment tracking
Present operational and financial insights to business leadership
Manage ongoing reporting and tracking across vendor, partner, and platform ecosystems
Help support launch and ongoing operations of new streaming platform initiatives
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
Experience within streaming, digital media, entertainment, gaming, music, or DTC platforms
Strong operational and financial literacy with ability to manage spend tracking and reporting
Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced startup-like environments
Proven ability to improve workflows and operational processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter capable of operating with minimal oversight
Nice to Have

AVOD, FAST, OTT, or connected TV platform experience
Revenue share or royalty reporting exposure
Experience with accounts payable or procurement systems
Startup or high-growth business operations experience
Experience supporting platform launches or new business initiatives
