Director of Organization Design & Operating Models

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Organization Development to lead the OD team and oversee strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a strong background in organizational design and effectiveness and the ability to partner with senior leadership to drive impactful organizational solutions.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (advanced preferred) and extensive experience in organizational development, strong leadership skills, and be proficient in data analysis.
