Director, Business Performance
Job Purpose
The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long‑term objectives through day‑to‑day administrative and long‑term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results and present a project to our Executive Leadership Team.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Update daily sales trackers with sales actuals and key performance indicators, providing insightful commentary on variances and trends
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to align product launches, key event dates, and exceptional transaction timing
Creates executive‑level presentations and summaries of sales performance versus financial objectives
Provides analytical and administrative support for various ad‑hoc projects, including but not limited to markdown, sales forecasting, and new store opening assessment
Skills And Competencies
At least 6 months of prior experience
Full‑time, 12‑month program from July 2026 through July 2027
Available to work M‑F, 9‑6 pm, Friday work from home
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Retail Math experience is a plus
Dedicated, dynamic team player
Strong problem‑solving skills, time‑management skills and attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential, controversial and sensitive nature
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization
Profile:
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401(k) plans with employer contributions.
