About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Corporate Sales to spearhead the growth of its B2B revenue organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and creating a high-performance sales culture. This role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of driving revenue growth across multiple products and service offerings. Key responsibilities include revenue growth, sales leadership, marketing and demand generation partnership, customer success and retention, team leadership, and talent development. The VP of Corporate Sales will also be involved in strategic planning, and will be evaluated on various success measures, including the achievement of revenue and growth objectives, customer retention, and overall contribution to organizational growth.
Candidates for the VP of Corporate Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a degree in business, marketing, or communications. A minimum of 7 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or revenue leadership, and at least 5 years of experience in leading and developing sales teams, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and collaborating with marketing organizations. Strong expertise in B2B sales methodologies, CRM platforms, and a customer-focused, results-oriented mindset are essential. The role demands exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills, as well as the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Experience in presenting business performance and strategic recommendations to senior executives is also preferred.
