Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is a key contributor to the success of enterprise marketing initiatives. This position supports the Marketing team in its efforts to drive brand awareness, new sales, client satisfaction, member engagement and employee engagement through a variety of initiatives. This is a hands‑on role and the candidate must be able to adeptly maneuver between disparate marketing projects and coordinate a wide variety of events and activities. This position has broad areas of responsibility and will work cross‑functionally across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
Conferences and Memberships
Support tradeshow execution across the enterprise – register attendees, coordinate booth, develop briefs, etc.
Research and recommend appropriate conferences; build productive relationships across industry stakeholders.
Vendor management – booth assets and giveaways.
Support pre‑ and post‑show communications to build awareness of company presence.
Manage corporate memberships to maximize value of benefits.
Member Communications
Support new plan open enrollment, health fairs and plan meetings.
Assist with the creation of member materials.
Coordinate member mailings with print vendor(s).
Update flyers, letters and PowerPoint presentations in accordance with brand standards.
Customize existing materials with client‑specific details.
Generate ideas for promoting tools and programs to members.
Support timely completion of internal requests to the member communication inbox.
Support internal training, resource materials and collateral for member initiatives.
Digital Marketing
Support enterprise website updates in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage online presence by monitoring web properties and submission forms.
Create and maintain a variety of surveys using SurveyMonkey (or similar platform).
Support social media strategy, including researching new ideas for monthly calendar and content for posts.
Support creative development for social media or websites.
Execute marketing campaigns to help retain clients and win new business.
Support other digital marketing campaigns as needed.
Marketing Operations
Manage online store for business cards, stationery, collateral and promotional item ordering.
Maintain promotional item inventory; research and recommend new options.
Maintain internal SharePoint site(s).
Manage department invoice processing and credit card reconciliation.
Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in marketing or related field.
B2B marketing experience preferred.
Healthcare, PBM or life sciences experience a plus.
Basic user of Adobe Creative Suite (strongly preferred).
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Strong computer skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience using SalesForce (or other CRM).
Experience using WordPress (or other content management systems).
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, etc.).
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Exhibit great creativity and resourcefulness and good problem‑solving skills.
Must be able to handle a wide variety of work and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be detail‑oriented, organized, self‑starter and able to prioritize workload.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
