Your Responsibilities

Independently preparing quotes in consultation with the team leader

Creating customer orders and preparing order confirmations

Continuously monitoring calculated project costs

Preparing interim and final invoices, tracking payment receipts

Maintaining data in the ERP system

Customer correspondence via phone and email

Your Profile

Completed training as an industrial clerk

Professional experience in internal sales

Good basic technical understanding

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), experience with ERP systems

Independent, reliable, and organized work style

Friendly and collegial demeanor
