About the Role
As a Brand Designer & Editor, you will create compelling visual assets across digital, social media, print, email, website, retail, and marketing channels while helping shape and maintain a consistent brand identity. A central focus of this position is capturing and producing high-quality photography and video that showcases our products in authentic, engaging ways—from product launches and manufacturing environments to marketing campaigns, retail initiatives, and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate brings strong photography and videography skills, a keen eye for product-focused imagery and video, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with the marketing, content, social media, and cross‑functional teams to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards and business objectives.

Apply advanced knowledge of composition, visual hierarchy, lighting, and layout principles across print and digital platforms.

Capture and produce high-quality photography and videography, including shooting, editing, retouching, and asset management, particularly within product and manufacturing environments.

Embrace feedback and adapt creative work based on direction, critiques, and business goals.

Collaborate with our Brand Media Creator to develop compelling stories that bring the LPI, Inc. family of brands to life.

Communicate effectively and collaborate across departments and with key stakeholders.

Balance creativity with deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality work.

You’ll Bring to the Role

Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

2+ years of professional photography and visual content experience preferred.

Experience with product-focused imagery, manufacturing environments, or industrial/outdoor settings strongly preferred.

Proficiency in image and video editing software.

Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and visual content work, particularly product or brand imagery.

Knowledge of print production processes and digital design standards.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate proactively with marketing teams and cross‑functional partners.

Benefits

Salary: $55,000–$62,000, depending on experience
