Responsibilities

Drive end‑to‑end consumer conversion and revenue growth by orchestrating all physical and digital touchpoints across the consumer journey in the UK and Ireland. Connect and support Brand, Product Line and Digital Marketing strategies, e‑commerce and commercial performance to deliver measurable business results, and be fully responsible for the execution of the internal and external annual activation plans.
Qualifications

Extensive experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce and performance marketing. Demonstrated digital‑first mindset combined with data‑driven and performance‑oriented approach. Strong commercial acumen and omnichannel expertise with analytical skills and ROI and budget optimisation across the full funnel. Experience in D2C business and P&L management, online platform and e‑commerce management, and familiarity with social media and AI marketing tools.

Based at Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG), hybrid working available (3 days office / 2 days home).
