Work Model
Hybrid.
Daily outreach can be done remotely, but you must be available for in‑person client meetings at our Las Vegas facility.
Compensation
Competitive base salary
(negotiable directly with our executive team based on experience) plus an uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new local hobby shops, retail partners, and regional distributors across the US market.
Manage and support existing B2B accounts, ensuring fast response times and reliable service.
Host visiting clients at our Las Vegas facility and conduct hands‑on product demonstrations.
Participate in online alignment meetings 1–2 times per week with our China headquarters (requires flexibility to accommodate international time zone differences).
Represent VRX Racing at industry trade shows and hobby expos 1–2 times per year (domestic travel required).
Present our factory‑direct catalog to prospective buyers, emphasizing durability, performance, and B2B profit margins.
Relay market trends, product feedback, and competitor activities from the US market to our international teams.
Qualifications
Required
Reside in or near Las Vegas, NV.
Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales pipelines and track client communication.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
Exceptional communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
Preferred
Familiarity with the Remote Control industry (understanding of electronics, nitro engines, and vehicle scales is a major advantage).
