Supports high impact initiatives in the delivery system which require significant coordination, organization, leadership and shepherding.

Job Description

Special Project research/management/leadership.

Support the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic market growth.

Clinical contract management with key clinical partners and independent medical groups. Interface with and lead relationships with independent groups, ensuring quality metrics and contract requirements are met, escalating as necessary. Track spending and determine if strategy adjustments are required.

Productivity watchlist follow-through: collaborate with finance to agree on targets, correct system entries, and work with leaders on underperforming units.

Evaluate transportation of patients across the state, including medical transport home, non‑medical options, and EMS transports.

Finance/MOR/Budget prep coordinator for delivery system departments: become SME, produce slide decks, evaluate SBAREs, refine as needed, assist with system-wide capital needs assessments and standardization, cost‑saving initiatives, and work with leaders on initiatives to return to green.

Employee appreciation events: annual calendar, standardization, messaging, signage, gifts, coordination, and cost‑saving opportunities.

Coop return‑to‑work assistance and leadership.

Develop improved communication methods in line with marketing/comms direction for each region, facility or department, ensuring cascading of information.

Assign to the SF/NNM strategic plan: monitor action items, effectiveness, provide recommendations, and explore options if goals are unmet.

Community and PCNM board engagement: standardize bylaws, identify improvement opportunities, standardize board skills assessment, and on‑board new members.

Administrative resident key contact/lead: recruiting, onboarding, scheduling (Trinity and UNM).

Lead planner for PCNM and HCET annual retreats.

Safety and security: assist/lead with routine communications across the system.

Business continuity plans for admin/Coop.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in health care administration, business or a health‑related field.

Three years of healthcare experience (one year of experience plus graduate study may substitute).

Strong communication, influencing, strategic, analytical, critical thinking and creative solutioning skills.
