Primary Responsibilities

Design, develop, and own complex, scalable user interfaces using React and modern frontend technologies
Lead the implementation of UI features with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability
Build reusable, modular UI components and frontend architectures that support long-term scalability
Integrate AI-assisted development practices to improve code quality, development efficiency, and delivery speed
Apply AI-based tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, and UI optimization where appropriate
Ensure high standards of code quality through clean design, unit and integration testing, documentation, and code reviews
Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex UI issues across development, testing, and production environments
Optimize application performance, rendering behavior, and state management in large-scale React applications
Contribute to frontend modernization initiatives, including improving UI architecture, tooling, and engineering practices
Provide onshore support during US business hours to triage and resolve UI-related production and deployment issues
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional front end development experience
5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, and responsive UI design principles
5+ years of experience in JavaScript and TypeScript, with deep understanding of modern ES standards
4+ years of hands-on, production-level experience building applications with React
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful or GraphQL APIs
Proven ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code following frontend best practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and agile development methodologies
Strong debugging skills and experience supporting UI applications in production
Familiarity with secure UI design patterns and enterprise identity flows is a plus
Solid knowledge of React concepts, including hooks, component composition, state management, and lifecycle patterns
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code completion, automated testing, or refactoring assistants)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
