Stage Manager

Bravo Studios is seeking reliable Stage Managers / Studio Operations Assistants to support daily operations across our NYC studios and productions. This role is ideal for individuals looking to enter the production industry and gain hands‑on experience in a professional studio environment, focusing on studio operations, client support, and organization to ensure productions run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Open and prepare studios before client arrival

Maintain cleanliness and organization in studios and common areas

Greet and assist clients throughout productions

Organize, charge, and track production gear

Support producers, crew, and studio staff during shoots

Assist with load‑ins/load‑outs and studio resets

Run occasional production or studio errands

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented

Comfortable working with clients and crews

Able to work flexible hours in fast‑paced environments

Interest in production, filmmaking, or studio operations

NYC‑based preferred
