The Revenue Marketing Manager is a strategic partner to Sales, responsible for driving pipeline growth and accelerating revenue through integrated, regionally aligned marketing programs. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, translating regional priorities into measurable demand and pipeline impact.
What You’ll Do:
Own the strategic accounts account planning and execution (ABM)
Act as the primary marketing partner to RVPs and AEs regarding strategic accounts.
Support and contribute to regional pipeline targets and align marketing efforts to revenue goals
Identify pipeline gaps and prescribe targeted marketing solutions
Support sales strategic accounts strategy (“ABM” accounts) by planning and executing initiatives designed to drive new pipeline, increase awareness, set meetings, and support conversion rates
Own sales marketing enablement: newsletter, ROI weekly update, field activations follow-ups and governance, and campaigns kick offs.
Develop and execute regionally focused, integrated campaigns across field, digital, partner, and SDR channels
Support regionally owned events - manage regional field event execution from beginning to end, including logistics, coordination with demand gen, list preparation, contractors/vendors, onsite execution, and post-event analysis.
Support messaging and activation to prioritize ICPs and use cases
Ensure strong pre- and post-event nurture strategies
Owns direct mail strategy and execution
Monitor funnel performance (MQL > S1 > Opp > Closed Won)
Identify conversion gaps and recommend optimization strategies
Collaborate with Demand Gen and ops teams
Who You Are:
5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS
Strong understanding of pipeline metrics and revenue operations
Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership
Proven ability to execute integrated, cross-channel campaigns
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
High ownership, bias toward action, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
Hands‑on experience working with Marketing Automation tools (Marketo) and SFDC
Not a must, but nice to have: Experience with drafting messaging and content writing
