Sr Associate, New Equipment Sales

Sr Associate, New Equipment Sales – Remote, with occasional travel.
Location: Remote opportunity, some travel may be required.
Responsibilities

Generate eLog estimates and proposals for offices through the marketing sales lead pipeline.
Ensure leads are followed up and closed in the system.
Follow up with on and off portfolio customers contacted by an Otis digital campaign.
Target low rise buildings and sell one to two unit projects.
Work closely with the OA Sales Manager to provide NE estimates and proposals.
Project manage all projects sold from start to finish.
Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
Excellent customer service skills, professional phone etiquette, and ability to handle difficult customers/situations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Capacity to work in a highly team‑oriented, dynamic environment.
Self‑motivated, able to manage simultaneous projects and responsibilities with minimal oversight.
Prior technical sales experience with knowledge of the elevator industry preferred.
