Sr Fashion Designer

We are a missy womenswear brand with a refined aesthetic, balancing modern femininity with polished sophistication. We are seeking a highly creative Senior Fashion Designer with exceptional taste level, strong print sensibility.
The Senior Fashion Designer will lead the design and development process from concept through production, driving seasonal collections that feel directional, elevated, and commercially relevant. This role requires a designer with a strong point of view, sophisticated color and print sensibility, and the ability to translate inspiration into compelling product across categories.
Responsibilities

Research and develop seasonal concepts, color palettes, fabrics, silhouettes, and print direction.
Design and execute cohesive collections aligned with the brand vision and customer.
Create original print and pattern concepts in collaboration with textile/print resources.
Build detailed tech packs and oversee sample development.
Partner closely with production and technical design teams.
Present seasonal concepts and collection direction to leadership and buyers.
Maintain awareness of market trends and runway direction.
Ensure product maintains a high taste level while balancing creativity and commerciality.
Mentor and guide Associate Designers.
Qualifications

10-12+ years of experience in women's contemporary fashion design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated aesthetic, print experience, and sophisticated color sense.
Experience designing across woven and knit categories.
Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of garment fit construction, fabrications, and print development.
Ability to identify and interpret trends through a refined, fashion lens.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong eye for styling, proportion, and detail.
Knowledge of garment construction.

Compensation

$150K annual salary
