Key Responsibilities:

Consistently exceed sales targets
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product features and incorporate technical advancements in customer presentations
Present HCM/WFM solutions to key decision-makers and end-users within assigned regions
Identify sales opportunities and create tailored sales and marketing proposals for clients based on their technical requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the HCM/WFM/SaaS industry
1-3 years of proven success in a sales role
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions is highly desired
Travel Requirements:

50% travel expected
Compensation Transparency:

The annual base salary for this role starts at $100,000, with opportunities to increase earnings significantly through performance-based incentives. Total compensation may include commissions and stock awards and will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
