Overview
Coordinates and supports activities, programs and projects within the marketing communication department. Plans, develops and maintains systems and procedures. Serves as department's initial point of contact for internal stakeholders and liaison between the department and outside entities. Supports department vice president and directors with important initiatives, projects and unplanned activities that may occur. Manages essential functions such as agency financials, credit card coding, annual budget and monthly financial reports. Participates in the plan/budget process and is a contributing member of all areas across the department.

Education: Experience in lieu of education; Associate's degree in a related field

Responsibilities
Works closely with department VP and directors on operational logistics and activities within the department
Performs administrative duties, tracks inventories, collects data, prepares reports, and manages cross-functional team projects as required by the department
Develops, implements, maintains department processes, procedures, systems, and activities while assessing and identifying areas for improvement
Facilitates the flow of information and maximizes effective communications among staff
Provides project management support; track and maintain schedules and project deliverables; provides timely project reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality standards
Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community as needed
Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines
Provides support for other positions in the department
Oversees materials management and provides logistical support to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings
Other duties as assigned
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $25.18 per hour to $42.05 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
