Job Overview
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Mid-Corp Relationship Manager for its Boston, MA location. The role involves building strategic relationships, deepening client relationships, identifying cross‑sell opportunities, ensuring compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements, and driving innovation and business expansion through collaborative solutions.

Responsibilities
Call on clients to deepen relationships, proactively own and anticipate future needs, challenges, risks, and expectations.

Introduce solutions to clients, build and strengthen portfolio.

Work with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative customized solutions.

Collaborate with the Case Manager on onboarding and retaining clients, ensuring appropriate “Know Your Client” (KYC) and compliance deliverables.

Identify cross‑sell opportunities and maximize client experience by sharing market updates and intelligence.

Drive innovation, develop business where appropriate, and execute strategic initiatives launched centrally at all levels.

Network with clients to identify new business opportunities.

Administer credit relationship, coordinate the process, ensure application of policies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi policies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field and ten (10) years of experience developing relationships and anticipating needs, risks, and expectations across senior stakeholders and international settings.

Experience includes: developing strategic relationships; identifying and mitigating risks; leading cross‑functional teams; analyzing complex data to create actionable recommendations; designing innovative solutions; presenting recommendations to senior audiences.

Alternatively, Master’s degree and eight (8) years of experience is acceptable. Employer accepts pre‑ or post‑Master’s experience.

Compensation
Wage Range: $220,000.00 to $220,000.00

Additional compensation may include discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
