THE ROLE

You’ll lead design and own installs end-to-end — from mood board to teardown.

You’ll manage a field team, keep inventory accurate, and maintain high standards on every project.

Most of your week is in the field across Beverly Hills, the Westside, the Valley, and Hollywood, with 1–2 days at our downtown LA warehouse.

You’ll report directly to the CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED

2+ years of home staging experience

Proven experience leading a field team through multiple home staging projects

Skilled at creating mood boards that align with the client’s vision and sell the design concept

Lives within 20 miles of Beverly Hills

COMPENSATION

$70,000–$95,000 based on experience
