Senior Living Growth & Marketing Director

Ivy Park at Otay Ranch is looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to generate and manage leads for prospective residents at their senior living community. The role involves working closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to strategize and achieve occupancy targets, while also connecting with families and creating trust through tours.
To succeed, candidates should have at least 3 years of marketing experience or a sales background preferred, and a Bachelor's degree is required. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are a must.
