Roles and Casting Requirements

Translator

– Male, 23‑27 years, Latino/Hispanic (mid‑20s). Spanish required. Personality: passive‑aggressive, insincere, lack of empathy creates miscommunication.

Doctor

– Male, 45‑60 years, White/Caucasian. Personality: sincere & gentle at first, opportunistic later after realizing people's vulnerability.

Mother

– Female, 50‑59 years, Latino/Hispanic. Spanish required. Personality: hard‑working, dissociated, barely wants to share time with her daughter.

Grandmother

– Female, 70‑96 years, Latino/Hispanic. Spanish required. Personality: calm, mysterious, caring, speaks as if hiding something.
