Business Development Manager Details:
Direct Hire position
$ 60,000.00 to $ 65,000.00 / annually
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and promote our staffing services to both prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate will bring proven outside sales experience, a high level of self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to exceeding performance goals and expectations.

Business Development Manager Qualifications:
Previous outside sales or new account business development skills and experience is required.
Reliable transportation: this is a B2B sales position and requires the ability to travel from client to client on a daily basis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills
Proficiency with utilizing social media and CRMs
