Responsibilities
The marketing coordinator assists and supports the Marketing Department with promotions and events at client locations by performing various duties to support customers' visits and/or events.
Notifies winners via e-mail and phone and coordinates prize awards
Assist with planning and preparation of promotions and advertising materials
Documents patron participation including names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses
Assists with the set up and display of advertising items
Assists as needed at special events
Works closely with the entire PSG team to drive results and assist in many key areas: ordering and tracking of promotional items, submission and payment of invoices, inputting of data into support programs, and the tracking and filing of agreements & contracts
Works closely with Director of Marketing, Director of Operations and VP of Marketing to support Account Managers and Sales personnel with their marketing and promotional needs in the field
Light clerical work to include but not limited to; envelope stuffing, filing, faxing, and copying
Work in conjunction with other departments on an as needed basis
Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED required; two years of customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Marketing experience preferred
Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat preferred
Basic understanding of App functionality a plus
