Responsibilities
The successful candidate will excel in communications, collaboration and coordination across an inter‑disciplinary team of subject matter experts and be an expert in providing clear, concise interactions with senior government leadership. This position requires critical attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced operational and leadership environment.

The Program Manager serves as the Government's primary point of contact, providing overall management and oversight of all activities performed by personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in the Task Order. The PM will facilitate Government and contractor communications, use industry‑best standards and proven methodologies to track and document Task Orders, allowing continuous monitoring and evaluation, and ensure all tasks are accomplished. The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of performance, assist the Government with all financial and business processes of the Task Order, and ultimately ensure contract deliverables are submitted accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.

Full‑time onsite attendance Monday through Friday in the Baltimore metropolitan area is required.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance, SCI eligibility.

12 years of experience, including supervisory or management experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

At least ten years managing a project or program of similar size (~60 FTE).

At least five years overseeing and determining manpower requirements for projects of similar size and complexity, consisting of a diversity of technical skill sets and labor categories.

At least five years performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts (e.g., performance metrics).

Salary
$146,000 – $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to scope and responsibilities, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
