The Assistant Account Executive (AAE) will execute daily tasks in support of the Account Team.
Responsibilities:
Serve as liaison to Internal Operations Department and coordinate/execute creative production activities and projects.
Assist the Account Team with various client, budget-management and financials projects.
All other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Some degree of advertising agency experience is necessary as the job requires a high level of understanding of advertising principles and agency functions.
The position will require the AAE to build solid relations with other agency departments. (Creative, Media Traffic, Planning and Finance) to help facilitate efficient day-to-day internal operations.
Some client contact will be involved, and an understanding of the Client’s business is essential; the AAE will be required to forge positive relationships with Clients through diligent client service.
Knowledge of integrated communications (Interactive, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Lifestyle Marketing, Collateral, Merchandising and Direct Marketing) is a plus; prior experience in retail advertising and/or the automotive category is a plus, but not required.
Willing to work overtime, including evenings, and/or weekend work.
The AAE position will require extensive proficiency in the use of computers and specific software.
Implementing and finding new ways to leverage AI in daily workflows is expected.
Strong focus on accuracy, attention-to-detail, and timeliness is a must.
Must be able to respond well under pressure.
Excellent oral/written communication skills are essential.
Adept ability to keep supervisors properly informed.

A keen ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to maintain productivity while working at an expedient pace.

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and KeyNote is a must.
Experience with Adobe softwar, Canva and Illustator is a plus
