Join UMB as a Senior Relationship Manager – Agriculture Finance and play a vital role in growing our Commercial Agricultural portfolio, which significantly impacts our bottom line. You will lead a dedicated team of Portfolio Managers, Underwriters, Credit Analysts, and other professionals who manage agricultural relationships throughout their lifecycle, forging strong connections with company management.

Responsibilities

Build and expand your own commercial loan portfolio by prospecting new agricultural business opportunities.

Lead and collaborate with team members to identify additional products and services beneficial to clients.

Work closely with commercial clients to thoroughly understand their unique business and financial needs.

Analyze client businesses to qualify them for appropriate bank products and services.

Qualifications

Have at least 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in Agricultural Commercial Bank Sales.

Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Are curious about how companies operate and what drives their success.

Demonstrate knowledge of credit, banking products, services, underwriting, and banking operations.

Benefits & Compensation
Compensation Range: $99,750.00 – $214,370.00. The compensation range represents UMB’s standard for this role, but actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
