About the Team
The Pandora Operations team is committed to providing fast, accurate service to all customers while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across our network.

Your Role as Manager, E-Commerce Fulfillment

Lead the transition of e-commerce fulfillment in-house, establishing processes, systems, and team structure

Own onboarding and fulfillment readiness for marketplace vendors and future marketplace channels

Oversee end‑to‑end order execution including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping

Build scalable fulfillment processes to support growth across DTC and marketplace channels

Lead and develop a high‑performing operations team, including labor and capacity planning

Partner cross‑functionally with Logistics, Planning, Digital, and Customer Experience teams

Drive KPI performance including order accuracy, ship‑on‑time, and order cycle time

Identify risks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience

Develop and maintain SOPs, ensuring consistent and high‑quality execution

What is needed to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field

5+ years of DTC Distribution experience in e‑commerce, fulfillment, or distribution operations

Experience supporting or scaling DTC and/or marketplace fulfillment (Amazon preferred)

Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS, ERP) and fulfillment workflows

Demonstrated ability to build processes and lead operational transformation initiatives

Experience leading teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset

Collaboration across functions and teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management

Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment

Maryland Salary:

$111,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience
