Commercial Market Manager
The AD (architect and designer) segment of the Caesarstone value chain is an important channel that drives major category/industry influence while representing some of the largest, high‑profile design/construction projects in the commercial and residential building industry. The AD/Commercial Market Manager role will ensure that the presence of Caesarstone is established as a brand and category leader to drive market influence with architects, designers, and design influencers/educators in both the Denver and Phoenix markets. Additionally, 30% of the focus will be building strong relationships with regional and custom home builders, developers and general contractors.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers and design firms. Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating in‑depth knowledge of our products and services to meet their project requirements.
Sales and Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the architecture and design sector. Provide viable product solutions to designers for project design, application and budgetary needs.
Education and Promotion : Present, educate and inspire designers to use Caesarstone products through product knowledge meetings, lunch‑and‑learns, design development meetings, CEU presentations, company industry events and social media channels.
Project Win Rate & Pipeline Management : Increase project win rate by following the New Development business process. Collaborate with New Development team members throughout the project life cycle. Develop and maintain a product specification pipeline for new multifamily projects that meet individual KPIs and regional
ational goals.
Product Expertise : Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, staying up‑to‑date with the latest features and benefits.
Consultative Selling : Use a consultative approach to understand client challenges and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals.
Project Coordination : Work closely with architects and designers throughout the project life cycle, coordinating with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies. Provide insights to management to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Industry Event Attendance : Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences and networking events.
Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and pipeline status using the CRM system. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience.
3‑5 years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record in architecture or design‑related industries.
Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, materials and trends.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations and produce written materials.
Proven history of sales success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Ability to translate client needs into effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license; flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel.
Proficiency with desktop computers and peripherals, requiring manual dexterity.

Compensation range of $90,000 to $110,000 (base salary plus incentive bonus).
