The Role

We need a Social Media Manager who oversees all aspects of the company’s social media strategy while taking an active role in content creation. This leadership position ensures the smooth operation of the social media team, manages employees, and coordinates with higher management. As one of the main content creators, the Social Media Manager will be featured in videos and become one of the key faces of the brand’s social presence.

What You’ll Own

Content Creation & Strategy

Oversee and manage a small social media team for cohesive and consistent content across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
Create engaging, UGC-style social media content that aligns with the company’s voice, including featuring yourself in videos for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
Drive growth in engagement, audience size, and brand presence
Develop brand awareness and execute social strategy
Monitor trending topics and viral content
Quickly create and engage with content around trending topics and viral moments
Manage a consistent social content calendar
Oversee copy for all social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter)
Utilize tools like CapCut and Canva for content creation
Community Management & Engagement

Monitor social metrics and prepare performance reports
Lead, motivate, and inspire the social team for high-quality, creative output
Influencer Management

Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, creators, influencers, agencies, vendors, and cross‑functional partners to ensure successful execution of productions and activations
Lead influencer participation and content execution, including talent coordination, deliverables management, approvals, and event logistics
Social Productions, Activations & Events

Lead the planning, development, and execution of social media productions, campaign content shoots, lifestyle productions, and brand activations that support business and marketing objectives
Own social strategy and content planning for influencer events, experiential activations, pop‑ups, and branded experiences to maximize reach, engagement, and brand awareness
Direct on‑site social coverage during events, overseeing real‑time content creation, live social storytelling, creator coordination, and audience engagement
Develop and oversee production timelines, run‑of‑show documents, shot lists, content capture plans, and event deliverables to ensure projects are executed on schedule and within scope
Identify and capitalize on real‑time social trends, creator content opportunities, and viral moments to amplify campaign performance and audience engagement
Partner with Brand, Creative, PR, and Marketing teams to ensure all event and activation content aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives, and business goals
Manage budgets, production resources, and vendor relationships as needed to support efficient and impactful event execution
Analytics & Performance Optimization

Monitor social metrics and prepare performance reports
Analyze activation and event performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future social productions, influencer programs, and experiential campaigns
Collaboration

Partner with Brand, Creative, PR, and Marketing teams to maintain cohesive messaging and campaign execution
Contribute ideas for influencer campaigns, partnerships, activations, and brand moments across departments

Qualifications

Required

2+ years of management experience
In-depth knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
3–5 years of experience in social media
1–3 years of experience in creative content
Experience working with UGC creators and influencers
Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Preferred

Experience managing social media for lifestyle, entertainment, luxury, or consumer brands
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, creator partnerships, and experiential campaigns
Basic understanding of paid social campaigns, boosting strategies, and performance metrics
