Position Overview
This position is based in our 275 Grove St, Auburndale, MA 02466, USA office. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our NetLine Growth sales team in Newton, MA. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segment
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins
Client Relationship Management
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Understand client business objectives and challenges to position NetLine solutions effectively
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing consultative guidance on how NetLine's offerings can drive client success
Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients to account management teams
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client interactions and market insights
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to optimize client outcomes
Performance & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM system
Provide regular forecasting and pipeline updates to sales leadership
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
Experience & Skills
3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, marketing technology, or lead generation solutions
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity tools
Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to B2B marketing and demand generation professionals
Knowledge of content syndication, lead generation, or intent data solutions
Existing network of contacts within target industries
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced sales environment
