The Web Producer will deliver a robust slate of content authoring support to drive the Mattel Creations ecommerce business.

This role will focus on project management and people management while maximizing content management systems to deliver optimal site experiences.

Mattel is seeking a skilled, nimble Web Producer to collaborate across ecommerce, marketing, product management, production and operations partners seeking operational efficiencies from process to execution in a temporary capacity.

Serve as the day-to-day production lead for MC.com content and product launches.

Execute brand specific content authoring responsibilities leveraging key tools and resources.

Manage two direct reports with a focus on executing with excellence for production and operations roles.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure site updates are executed flawlessly.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years work experience, preferably in ecommerce/DTC

Robust knowledge of Shopify interface

General knowledge of website design key elements and ability to deliver brand and site standards through content authoring

Experience with localizing ecommerce content globally

Ability to write and edit basic HTML to support website layout and content updates

Project management experience including the utilization of key tools such as Monday.com

Ability to approach projects with a growth mindset continuously seeking opportunities to drive operational efficiencies

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
