Key Responsibilities

Manage and expand strategic partnerships from initiation through long-term growth.

Create and implement partner playbooks and enablement assets to drive adoption.

Engage with partners through joint calls, events, and regular touchpoints.

Develop scalable systems for partner onboarding and lead generation.

Maintain rigorous tracking of partner activities and opportunities in a CRM system.

Qualifications

4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of how financial institutions evaluate and implement technology solutions.

Exceptional operational skills for managing execution and stakeholder alignment.

Proficient in managing pipeline and partner activity using CRM software.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
