Overview

U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management (PWM) seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to build a team of trust, banking and investment professionals around high‑net‑worth clients and to manage complex, multi‑layered relationships. The role focuses on delivering top‑level service, retention, and growth of client relationships while partnering with PWM Product Specialists to provide comprehensive financial advice, planning, and fiduciary administration.
Responsibilities

Build and lead a team of trust, banking and investment professionals for high and ultra‑high net worth clients.
Proactively engage with assigned relationships to ensure top‑level service and client satisfaction.
Manage retention and growth of assigned client relationships.
Partner with PWM Product Specialists to provide counsel in Trust, Private Banking, and Investment services.
Ensure comprehensive financial advice and planning for clients, including fiduciary administration and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong connectivity with external advisors for large revenue‑generating, multi‑generational relationships.
Provide deep subject‑matter expertise and effectively manage the assigned books of business.
Required Licensure

National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; subject to criminal background and credit checks. Failure to meet or maintain NMLS registration requirements may result in rescission of offer or termination of employment.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10 or more years of experience interacting with high and ultra‑high net worth clients.
Proficiency with U.S. Bancorp Banking, Trust, and Investment products and services.
Strong relationship management, networking, and business development skills.
Ability to partner with colleagues to identify and service unique client needs.
Experience facilitating large‑scale, multi‑generational family meetings and interacting with multi‑family offices and client advisors.
Experience profiling clients and formulating customized strategies.
Holistic approach to managing client relationships and organizing a team of specialists.
Effective communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Professional designation such as MBA, JD, CFP, CFA, or CPA is preferred.
Compensation

Pay Range: $149,515.00 – $175,900.00 (actual range may vary by location).
