Responsibilities

Define and lead the NFL’s international growth strategy, including market entry frameworks, prioritization of key markets, and long‑term business planning.

Develop and implement data‑driven fan development models, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to grow fandom and engagement across international markets.

Identify, assess, and execute growth opportunities based on a deep analytical understanding of fan behavior, commercial drivers, and market dynamics.

Establish and apply structured problem‑solving and analytical frameworks (e.g., hypothesis‑driven analysis, scenario modeling) to inform strategic decisions.

Lead the development of long‑range plans and annual business strategies, ensuring alignment with League priorities and measurable outcomes.

Provide strategic direction for the Global Markets Program, in collaboration with Club Business Development, including:

Defining KPIs and success metrics

Driving structured program governance across internal central functions, local territory offices, and Clubs

Evaluating program policies, including annual rights approval process

Delivering rigorous performance tracking, analytics, and reporting

Provide strategic oversight and analytical business evaluation for international functions, including sponsorship, marketing, and consumer products.

Identify white‑space opportunities and develop high‑impact strategic initiatives (“bigger bets”) to accelerate international growth.

Lead and coordinate cross‑functional, multi‑market projects, ensuring structured execution across stakeholders, geographies, and timelines.

Manage and develop a small team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, and high performance.

Required Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.

10–12 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or similarly rigorous analytical environments, with significant post‑MBA experience.

Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional projects using structured project management methodologies.

Demonstrated expertise in strategic analysis, financial modeling, and data‑driven business case development.

Experience in international market entry, growth strategy, or multi‑market business expansion.

Strong leadership experience, including managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders across organizations.

Ability to translate complex data and market insights into clear strategic recommendations and actionable plans.

NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime and weekend work based on business needs.

Salary / Pay Range
$135,000—$185,000 USD
