Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day partnership marketing and activation programming with client teams (partnerships, brand, media, PR, social) and agency partners for sports and entertainment partnership platforms.
Develop and implement partnership strategy and activation; evaluate additional sponsorship opportunities and support contract negotiations as appropriate.
Lead research and analytics efforts across client deliverables.
Provide strategic thinking and recommendations for the client and broader agency.
Liaise with the broader account team to ensure connectivity across all workstreams.
Lead and mentor direct reports.
Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of agency or client‑based sponsorship account management experience in sports and entertainment.
Proven track record managing development and implementation of partnership marketing strategies and activations.
Experience managing a team or individuals.
Experience managing day‑to‑day relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors.
Experience with sponsorship contract negotiations.
Understanding of and practical experience with event marketing operations and logistics.
Strong ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Strategic and creative thinking with independent and group problem‑solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Enthusiastic, flexible, team‑first player with a proactive approach.
Working Arrangements
Work from the office 4 days per week in a collaborative, relationship‑based environment.
Full‑time position with a competitive salary range of $112,500 – $150,000 annually, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
