We are expanding and are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Lead Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage and mentor other team members

Oversee large‑scale projects

Act as a player‑coach in full‑service kitchen remodels

Manage projects and teams effectively

Ensure tasks are completed in a timely, professional manner

Qualifications and Experience

Talented, multi‑skilled craftsman committed to quality work in both residential and commercial settings

Strong will to complete all tasks assigned

Independent thinker with strong problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication skills with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers

Ability to manage and mentor team members, and oversee large‑scale projects

Demonstrates punctuality, efficiency, integrity, and a commitment to top customer satisfaction

Willingness to exceed customers' expectations

Trades and Technical Skills

Carpentry, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, framing, and drywall

Light electrical and plumbing

Proper equipment knowledge – understanding of tools required for specific tasks (not necessarily owning all tools)

Troubleshooting skills – quick thinker able to examine a problem and resolve it promptly

Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
