Responsibilities

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain personal accountability for individual performance objectives
Recommend merchandise across channels using an omni-channel approach
Stay current on market trends and product knowledge
Deliver personalized guest experiences and deepen client relationships
Cultivate clients through handwritten notes, calls, and emails and capture customer data through discovery
Optimize store hospitality, visual merchandising, and amenities to enhance the client experience
Drive styling direction for seasonal product and key business essentials
Act on NPS and client feedback; support operations, inventory control, and aftercare
Requirements

1+ years sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience
Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets
Engaging communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Ability to anticipate client needs and provide exceptional service
Excellent time management and a service-oriented mindset
College level education preferred
