Our team includes seven members, and we've built a high-energy, results-driven office that takes pride in being one of the top agencies in Dade. We're looking for outgoing, driven team members who thrive in a high-performing environment and want to be part of a team that strives to be the very best.Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, willingness to engage in sales conversations, and must be 440 Licensed.Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
