Inside Sales And Operations CoordinatorUnder the direction of the Vice President, the Inside Sales and Operations Coordinator performs and oversees a variety of account coordinating duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes account creation, order processing, providing tracking and ETA, in addition to miscellaneous other support tasks. This position will require heavy use of Microsoft Office and SAP. This is a non-supervisory position.ResponsibilitiesDirect Sales Customer RelationsFollow order management processAssist with maintaining Sales Force Data BaseSeek, promote, generate, and communicate potential sales leads to outside sales staffAssist in scheduling, organizing, and attending tradeshowsAssist in maintaining showroomCollaborate with Sales Team on the following:Conduct weekly call with Sales Reps to review open ordersProcessing credit cards to release sales ordersObtaining credit application and credit card auth formsObtaining tax exempt certificatesShipping and installation informationCreating new quotes and updating existing onesAssisting with paperwork and trackingBecome an additional contact for direct customer salesAssist Sales Reps with scheduling additional meetingsDealer SalesMaintain dealer information databaseProcess dealer purchase ordersOperationsEnsure timely delivery of all outbound shipments and troubleshoot any problematic deliveries.Review freight invoicing for billing discrepancies.Coordinate and schedule pickups/deliveries.Coordinate and monitor international container and air shipments in conjunction with Sr Sales Mgr.General Sales SupportCross train with Inside Sales Coordinators for coverageAssist and complete special projects as requiredAssist with customer visits to corporate offices or dealer meetingsCommunicate effectively and often with sales team, customers and all internal departmentsManagement SupportAssist in analytics, reporting, forecasting, and other related tasks.Maintain Work Practices:All paperwork and database entries filled out completely and accuratelyMaintain work area to 5S standards as posted in work areaMaintains a professional image by projecting a positive and professional demeanor to all internal and external contactsMarginal Job Functions:Follow all related SOP'sOther duties and responsibilities as required or assignedRequirementsEducation:Associate degree or combination of equivalent of education and experience preferredAssociate's degree in business, Marketing or related field preferredExperience:Previous history in Lead Generation, Inside Sales and/or Sales Support preferred2 years of experience in Administrative Support preferred.Previous history of working with operations and logistics preferred.Previous experience with face-to-face contact with wellness customers (business to business and/or end user)Other Requirements:Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, SAPOccasional domestic travel will be requiredValid driver's license is requiredBenefitsWe offer an excellent compensation package and team-oriented work environment with growth opportunities.Some of our outstanding benefits include:Health & Dental InsuranceCompany paid Life Insurance401(k)Time Off benefitsProduct discountsWellness programsEqual Opportunity Employer, including Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.
