Role Overview
Can you tell an engaging, beautiful story through moving images? We’re looking for a Video Producer/Editor with proven experience creating compelling video content for a variety of distribution channels, especially web and digital platforms.

Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for video aesthetics and knows how to translate them into strong visual storytelling while adhering to brand and design standards. You’re experienced in both preproduction and post—comfortable crafting polished final edits, as well as planning and managing shoots. Storyboarding comes naturally, and you can confidently interview and direct on‑camera talent with a personable, professional presence.

You stay up to date on industry trends, think critically, remain calm under pressure, and approach challenges with resourcefulness. You maintain an organized workflow and file structure, and you bring a strong personal work ethic balanced with a collaborative, team‑first mindset. You’re self‑motivated, creative, and someone people genuinely enjoy working with.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Storytelling

Conceptualize, plan, manage, and execute video shoots from start to finish

Co‑author scripts and provide input to ensure strong visual storytelling

Conduct on‑camera interviews and direct talent confidently and professionally

Collaborate with cinematographers and creative teams to bring concepts to life

Set up and break down video equipment as needed

Editing & Post‑Production

Edit engaging video content for multiple formats and platforms

Ensure high‑quality audio, pacing, and visual consistency

Perform basic color correction, edit stock music (including working with audio stems) to support dynamic storytelling

Create simple to intermediate motion graphics (After Effects)

Collaborate with designers, writers, and project managers

Take direction while contributing creative ideas

Deliver final assets that meet brand standards and project goals

Maintain organized file structures and follow team workflows

Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Software Skills

Adobe Premiere Pro (strong knowledge)

After Effects (intermediate knowledge)

Photoshop (basic knowledge)

Illustrator (basic knowledge)

Qualifications

5‑8 years of agency or similar professional experience

Experience producing content for digital and web audiences

Strong storytelling and visual sensibility

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

High diligence and organization

Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment

Associate or bachelor’s degree in video production or related field

Availability to travel locally, regionally, nationally or globally for shoots

Nice‑to‑Haves

Music composition or advanced audio skills

Experience with 3D or animation workflows

Experience with Canon cameras

Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

Basic lighting knowledge

This is a hybrid role, you will be required to sit onsite with the client in their studio 2‑3 days per week.

The account is fast paced and requires someone who is both attentive & accurate. You are required to interact and contribute to a team of 15 situated globally in the US, UK, HK, India and Australia. This is a full‑time role on a fixed‑term contractor basis, and applicants MUST be living in east coast of the states. PLEASE, DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF East Coast of the United States.

This role sits under Tag Worldwide (Australia), please do not contact anyone within the organisation outside of Australia.
