Key Responsibilities
- Drive new personal lines business production through inbound opportunities, referrals, and relationship development.
- Monitor and manage the inside sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and accurate tracking of opportunities.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics including quote-to-bind ratios, pipeline activity, and close rates.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement improvements to increase conversion and efficiency.
- Work closely with Executive Vice President to support agency growth initiatives and sales strategy development.
- Assign incoming opportunities to inside sales team members and ensure accountability for follow-through.
- Develop and maintain standardized sales workflows, templates, and communication processes.
- Assist with onboarding and coaching new inside sales team members.
- Maintain and service a personal book of business while ensuring high client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and carriers to deliver competitive coverage solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of personal lines insurance sales or account management experience.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Strong understanding of personal lines coverages and carrier underwriting guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
