Operations Technician

Manufacturing Operations teams play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of animal health products. This position is responsible for performing aseptic procedures and supporting the cleanroom environment within the plant.
Responsibilities

Perform aseptic procedures including media preparation, cell culture work, antigen inoculation, harvest, and downstream processing.
Operate and maintain a cleanroom environment, including environmental monitoring, cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilization of equipment and laboratories.
Adhere to cGMP guidelines, safety policies, and company procedures.
Follow written SOPs, production outlines, and other assigned duties.
Education & Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (required).
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, or a related field (preferred).
Required Experience & Skills

Familiarity with laboratory procedures.
Ability to follow written instructions and work effectively in a team.
Basic math, oral, and written communication skills.
Problem‑solving ability.
Computer literacy, including standard office software.
