Plumbco Services is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, creative, and organized individual to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both marketing and office operations and is excited to help elevate our brand while supporting day-to-day business activities.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, works well independently, communicates effectively, and is eager to contribute ideas that help our company continue to grow.
Responsibilities
Create and publish engaging social media content, including a minimum of 3 posts per week
Capture and edit video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Assist with digital advertising and marketing campaigns
Serve as a liaison between Plumbco and our marketing partners
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Work within ServiceTitan and QuickBooks
Pull permits and assist with scheduling and office operations
Make Accounts Receivable calls and assist with billing follow-ups
Order marketing materials, merchandise, and promotional items
Help coordinate company events and community involvement
Provide light administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage projects independently
Creative mindset with a willingness to bring new ideas to the table
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable learning new systems and technology
Preferred Experience:
ServiceTitan
QuickBooks
Social media management and content creation
Video creation and editing
Home service industry experience (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, etc.)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
