We run multiple brands and we need someone to help us show up consistently across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This is a part time, on site role focused on photos, short form video, and the kind of content that actually gets people to stop scrolling.
What you'll be doing:
Shooting and editing photos and short form video content. Posting and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Working across multiple brands, each with their own look and feel. Showing up, being present, and capturing moments worth sharing.
What we need from you:
An eye for what looks good on a feed and what gets ignored is a must. Comfortable behind a camera and able to edit what gets shot. A real understanding of how Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn actually work, not just as a user but as someone who creates for them. Analytics matter here, knowing how to read the numbers and use them to make smarter decisions about what goes up next. Content calendars are part of the job, staying organized across multiple brands and platforms while still moving fast enough to post multiple times a day across all of them. Ideas get brought to the table and pitched. From there, everything gets executed start to finish. The only thing not owned is the final review.
No audio knowledge required. Learn a few basics and you're good. We're not selling specs, we're selling an experience.
This role is part time, on site in Timonium, MD.
